One of the important aspects of doing a Startup is to give yourselves time to celebrate milestones, no matter how small.  Too often, Startups in execution mode forget to give themselves the time to take a step back and take a breath.  Share with their teammates the successes of recent efforts and enjoy each others company in celebratory festivities. 

 Take this holiday season opportunity, to congratulate your co-founders.  Go out and enjoy an evening together.  And celebrate another year of achievement while working with your best friends, who are just as committed as you are. 

Milestones, among many, worthy of celebration by Xceleration Labs teams include:

 Longevity:  Another year of operating, generating revenue and ability to keep going.  This little milestone shouldn't be under-estimated for how difficult it is, as well as, under-appreciated.

 Break-Even: Ability to cover all existing expense levels through revenue, grants and shareholder loans - it's all good!

 Business Model Proof of Concept: Ability to execute on business model of linking multi-parties in a new form of business exchange, is no small feat.

 Keep the Faith: Despite over-whelming odds, the ability to keep going and keep the faith - continuing to believe in the dream!

 Self Confidence: The ability, despite over-whelming external naysayers, to keep on the path of the Startup and committed to the belief that one's actions will make a difference.
