I worked with Xceleration Lab for the past couple months, and the founder Aki Liao kept asking me those questions to remind me who we are, what we want. Instead of what we should do, what we want to do is more useful. We, as a startup, need to have a firm purpose and goal to achieve. We need to be able to make our own decision, not just following other’s expectation, and that’s the spirit of being a startup, isn’t it? "
