You can join Taipei Startup which is being organized by among others, David Kuo, of The 0 Step Program.  The event is being held for 3 days starting July 12 at ShiDa with lots of lectures, chances to present new startup ideas and even a judging panel.  For details check out Startup Weekend Taipei
