David Kuo of WizXpand Conducts Agile Training for Patisco and Others

November 9, 2012.  David Kuo of WizXpand and co-founder of AskLeiLei conducted Agile Training for Patisco and CNK Law --a supporter of several startup teams in Taiwan.    This entire day introduction to the Agile mindset achieved many goals including challenging the group's assumptions on the role of project management and managers for startup teams.

This course is a must have for any one engaged in not only a startup team, but any new projects within an existing and established company.  The course is a real eye opener and serves to explain all of the dramatic failures of many projects when traditional methods of project management are applied to startup situations where not only is the solution unclear, but even the problem is not completely understood.

By the end of the day, the entire group came away with many significant insights to apply to existing and future next team projects.

A key takeaway from the training was the importance of the initiate phase when the feasibility and justification of the project as well as the sponsors, client representatives and key stakeholders are determined.  If this is not set up properly and common understanding is not established, then project is fraught with danger, often ending in unintended disaster.
