Taking Time to Enjoy the Journey: Holiday Season at Jibao
An important part of working together on a startup venture is to take the time out every now and then to celebrate the journey. It is easy to get caught up in the daily grind, pivoting and ups & downs, but never take a moment to "smell the coffee". If you don't take the time together to slow down and celebrate, even small victories or just each other's company, you'll never do it.Jibao team recently had an opportunity to do so, despite the team's heavy and busy schedule. The team celebrated a six month turnaround from its May alpha build to a revamped iOS summer build as well as a completely rewritten back up with new front end for its web build.
