An Impassioned Plea to Taiwan's Venture Capitalists to Support the Growth of Taiwan's Emerging Startup Community

Sweetshot Useful Startup Tips Congratulations to Sweet Shot and Tai Ku Chen for Winning this Past Week's IDEAs Show Jury Prize and for taking the last minute of his 6 minute demo time to plead with Taiwan's VCs to take the risk of investing in Taiwan's new startup companies instead of waiting.  TK argued that the result of the waiting is that many good teams end up having to pivot into more traditional e-commerce plays or take on outsourced projects.  All of which leads to the stifling of innovation and the stunting of Taiwan's startup ecosystem.  For more converage of the 2013 IDEAs Show,  please see: Idea Show Demo Day
