Its another graduation season and recent graduates are looking for a profession. Because of their lack of understanding, this often results in a "Understanding Gap" between what they learned in school and what is required to enter a profession. How wil they resolve this understanding gap? How will they know what they are interest in? What is required? This will determine if looking for a profession (a job) will be go smoothly or not.
